Some users have experienced issues with Windows and Windows based ELO Players becoming offline or having publishing issues of players staying at 0 percent without progressing.
In order to troubleshoot this, please verify the log files for the device. Should you notice any StartWebSocket error messages, the following is a configuration setting we recommend on the affected Windows player.
Navigate to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off (left side of the screen).
Open the following nodes: Internet Information Services > World Wide Web Services > Application Development Features.
Select the WebSocket Protocol feature. Select OK.
