When configuring an Advertising Playlist, it is extremely imperative to upload your media at a whole fps eg: 25/30/60 (avoid fragmented fps count) and the EXACT duration set in the Advertising AD Duration.
Eg: You have a media which shows the duration 7 mins and 14 seconds, same as the AD Duration but you receive the error above.
This error is due to the frames on the media exceeding the AD duration allowance, in this example, the media is 7 mins and 14 seconds and 300 milliseconds, which is slightly over the tolerance.
Fix: Navori has added a 10 frame tolerance to the frame count, if your media duration exceeds the frame tolerance of more than 10, the media will be rejected from the AD slow, you will need to either:
1. Manually remove up to 10 frames from Media Properties, images of the before and after below
Once the frames have been corrected, you will be able to drag and drop the media into the AD Slot.
