This guide provides step-by-step instructions to set up the QL Player on your ViewSonic TV using the Navori Conductor software. Before proceeding, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
Perform a factory reset on the TV.
Configure your internet connection (Ethernet or Wi-Fi).
Adjust the necessary permissions as outlined below.
Step 1: Perform a Factory Reset
Navigate to Menu > Settings > Device > System Tools.
Select the Factory Reset option.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click OK to proceed.
The TV will reboot and restore to its default configuration settings.
Step 2: Configure Initial Settings
After the factory reset, follow these steps to set up the TV:
Select your preferred language and click the Next arrow.
Choose the network type:
Select Ethernet for a wired connection or Wi-Fi for a wireless connection.
Click the Next arrow button.
Set the time zone for your region and click the Next arrow button.
For power-saving mode, select Normal Energy Mode and click the Next arrow button.
For privacy and copyright protection, select Accept and click the Next arrow button.
For boot mode, select Normal Mode and click Finish.
Upon completion, you will be directed to the Apps Menu window.

To allow the installation of third-party applications:
Go to Settings > System > Signage Display > Security.
