Note: In certain cases where your video content does not display as expected, this could be due to the LG Video Wall overriding certain elements of the Navori QL Manager CMS. The following is the procedure for disabling the LG Video Wall.

1 – Select the Settings (cog) button on your LG Remote

2 – The First Menu item is EZ Settings, make sure that you are in this menu

4 – in the Video Wall menu page, under ‘Tile mode’ please select , Off
