Before your server is upgraded to 2.2.4, to prevent your Android or LG from auto-upgrading, please ensure the Player Technical Profile used has the software upgrade check boxes both disabled and send a Publish.
If the software update via Player Technical Profile is enabled after the server upgrade, the player will detect a different player version on the server and auto-upgrade immediately after a reboot or publish.
When you wish to upgrade your Android or LG players, modify the player technical profile software update to enabled and send a publish after operating hours, otherwise the player will upgrade immediately.
