Media you'd like to add, copied to your clipboard from outside the platform
In this article, we will outline how to add new media to your Content Library directly from your clipboard — no upload dialog required.
Pasting media into your Content Library
Select the Group containing the asset library you'd like to add your media to
Outside of Qompose, right-click the media you'd like to add and select Copy
Head back into your Content Library and press Ctrl + V
Your media will be uploaded directly into your Content Library, ready to drag and drop into your Playlists.
Please Note
This method works alongside your existing + Import option — clipboard paste is simply a faster route for media you already have copied, rather than a replacement for uploading files directly.
Summary
With clipboard paste now supported, adding media to your Content Library is as simple as copying a file and pressing Ctrl+V — no need to open an upload dialog for content you've already got copied and ready to go.
