In this article, we will outline what happens if two people edit the same item at the same time, and how to resolve the conflict when you go to save.
What causes a Save conflict
If you have an item open for editing, and someone else saves a change to that same item before you do, you'll see a Save conflict message when you try to click Save settings.
Choosing how to resolve it
You'll be given two options:
Reload last — discards your current unsaved changes and reloads the item with the other user's changes applied
Override — ignores the other user's changes and saves your version instead, overwriting what they saved
Please Note
Choosing Override will permanently replace the other user's changes with your own. Use Reload last if you'd prefer to review what changed before deciding how to proceed.
Since this can happen on any editable item across the platform, it's worth knowing what a Save conflict means and which option is right for your situation — reload to see the latest version, or override to keep your own changes.
