Groups and sub-groups can be copied and pasted at any time. Copying a group duplicates all of its content (including any folders) and playlists, and if the group has sub-groups beneath it, those are duplicated too.
Right-click the group or sub-group you wish to copy, then select Copy
Right-click the group or sub-group where you'd like to paste the copied content, then select Paste
The duplicated group, along with any sub-groups beneath it, will now appear (pasting at the root level places the new group alongside the group you originally copied). The suffix "_Copy" is appended to the duplicate's name so you can identify it — you're free to rename it via its properties.
Please Note
The pasted group will not include any Players or scheduling time slots — only content, folders, and playlists are duplicated.
With your group successfully duplicated, you're ready to rename it and assign your own Players and scheduling as needed.
Top Tip
Each group and subgroup houses its own content library (and content), as well as playlists and scheduling grid. Because of this, any content and playlists uploaded/created directly within a parent group will also be visible to any subgroups housed within this.
The opposite is true for content created/uploaded to a specific subgroup, this will not be visible to any other subgroups existing in the same group.
