During the authentication process of Power BI reports a Power BI logo appears in the middle of the screen. The normal behavior of this is that when the page successfully authenticates, this logo disappears.

An issue was reported by users with older versions of the Stix 3700 firmware, where this logo does not disappear and remains on the page as an artifact when displaying on the player. This is due to the fact that the version of the WebViewer on previous Stix 3700 firmware versions are versions prior to what Power BI reports are compatible with.
The solution is to upgrade the Stix 3700 firmware version to version minimum 20230622 or beyond. You can find instructions on how to upgrade the firmware version together with the latest firmware version on the following FAQ:
Please note that although the symptoms described in the FAQ above are different than the issue with the Power BI logo, the resolution is the same, and the procedure is valid for resolving this issue. This solution is effective as the newer firmware updates the WebViewer to one that Power BI reports are compatible with.
