Tizen 6/6.5 is now supported (the Player version should be 2.7.17 and above) .
Firmware - The recommended firmware version for Tizen 6.5 devices is 1020 (currently the latest).
Media Specification
For the Tizen 6/6.5, the content should be FullHD - H264 with NO AUDIO FILES
SCREEN ORIENTATION
Screen orientation should be set to landscape or portrait depending on the content that should be displayed !
Menu >> Settings >> OnScreen Display >> Display Orientation >> Onscreen menu orientation >> Landscape / Portrait
Please note that this menu can not be accessed while QL is running.
This setting is required for the templates to be displayed correctly.

Note:- Please disable player software updates in the player technical profile before installing this version.
For On-premise customers - To add this PLAYER VERSION to your server :
You will need to create a folder named 2.7.17 in the following path on your server
C:\NavoriContent\MediaUpload\update\Samsung (* your path might be slightly different depending on where your media upload is located)Add the navoriqlplayer.wgt and sssp_config.xml to the 2.7.17 folder.

To have this be the default version applied to your server, please replace both files in the update folder

Else, you can directly use our link https://na.navori.com/setup/Samsung/2.7.17 in the URL launcher settings of your Tizen display to download and install this version on your Tizen player.
