Since version 2.11, Tizen 2.4 models are no longer compatible with our player software. If you want to continue using these models, you must use a previous version. The latest compatible version is 2.8.4.

Tizen 2.4 models with version 2.8.4 will still be able to communicate with QL server versions 2.11 or greater.

To downgrade your Tizen player, use a URL like the following in the app launcher:

Replace saas.navori.com with your server address if necessary.

Finally, ensure that you disable automatic software upgrades in the technical profile applied to your player.
