It is possible to manually install another version of the player on Tizen.
1. with the remote control, press the Home button and select “URL Launcher Settings”.
Navigate to “Uninstall” in order to delete the current player version.
2.Select HOME and select “URL Launcher” in order to download and install automatically the player version.
3. Under Install Web App, enter the following URL, replacing [server] with the address of your server (including the protocol prefix (http:// or https://)), and [version] with the version you are looking to install.[server]/Setup/Samsung/[version]
Note- Make sure the URL is all in lowercase (example: https://navori.server.com/setup) into the Install Web App path and press OK on the remote control or enter on your keyboard.
Important- If you are trying to install a Ql player with a version that is different to your server version. Please disable ‘’player software update'' in the player technical profile otherwise the server will downgrade your player back to the server version.
