Some clients may experience issues with certain playback media on the older Samsung Tizen 2.4 Model Display on version 2.7.5. The resolution is to install the Player version 2.7.0.
Please reach out to the Navori Support team to make sure the solution is correct for your environment and to obtain the 2.7.0 Player version.
Procedure 1 - USB Method (Recommended)

(Please note that in point # 5 the path to the installation files would be http(s)://{your server name}/setup/Samsung/2.7.0/, where the http or https would depend on your setup)
If you do not have access physical to the Display you can follow procedure 2 instead, however it involves copying the NavoriALPlayer.wgt file to your update/Samsung folder on your server. Please create a new folder called 2.7.0 for the files and copy the .wgt file and sssp_config.xml files into the new directory. See image below for ease of identification, your folder may be stored in look similar.
