Preparing your dashboard for publication in Navori QL
In order to distribute your BI dashboard to your screens, you must first create a public link. The process will depend on the product used but in every case, you should create a publicly accessible dashboard link. If your solution requires a user to login to view the content, you should review Navori's instructions on Web Page Authentication Support. This way, QL Player will log in automatically, so it can display the dashboard on your screen.
If your BI solution supports a full-screen display mode (sometimes called "TV mode"), make sure the option is selected before you create your link. This way Navori QL will display the dashboard as it was intended to be seen.
Remember that Navori QL doesn't cache any web content. Rather, it pre-loads the content and refreshes all the data each time it's played. This way your dashboard will always show the most current information, as it is made available by your BI solution provider.
Important information for Microsoft PowerBI users
The free PowerBI account does not let you create public links for your dashboards. Only Power BI Pro accounts have the ability to share and publish their dashboards on the web.
We recommend users select PowerBI's "Publish to web" feature to create a direct link to the dashboard so it can be displayed in QL without any additional steps.

Note (1): PowerBI dashboards accessed through a public link can have up to one hour of delay with the source data. This information is not displayed in real-time but your dashboard will refresh and update in QL when it's available at the source.
Note (2): Microsoft PowerBI dashboards that require "multi-authentication" are not currently supported. Use the "Publish to Web" feature to generate publicly accessible URLs for your PowerBI dashboards.
