How to Schedule a playlist into your scheduled grid.
Once you have created your playlist and added media by dragging and dropping files into your newly created or existing playlist. The next step is to drag the playlist into a day of your choice.
Example below we have selected to drag and drop the playlist into Wednesday
You will be prompted with the following pop up window:
From here you can either delete playlists, add additional playlists and even create day parting based on a particular timing. Once you are satisfied with your schedule, press OK and you will be brought back to the main software dashboard.

How to Publish to your Players
Select the players you want to update either by clicking their selection/status box or by performing a search in the Player window.
(Players must be selected otherwise they will not receive an update.)
Next, click the PUBLISH button located on the top right part of the main window. This will open the MONITORING window and initiate the file transfers to your players.
You will see a progress bar under the STATUS column to illustrate the process. When players have received their update, the STATUS column will show "Done".
Alternatively, you can click the MONITORING button at the top of the Player window to open the monitoring window.
With your players selected, click the PUBLISH button in the Monitoring window to begin the update process.
When you are finished, click the MONITORING button again to close the window and return to the main software dashboard.
