Reproduction Steps:

Issue publish of either 1st or 2nd Test Content. Playback results in the below outcome. A black frame can be seen during transition. This is a regression form 2.2.14 where this issue was addressed. This behavior is seen with any video content published on 2.2.18.

BrightSign OS: 8.2.75

Seeing Freeze at consistentspot of playlist Playback, No black Frames but Frames dropped before and after Video Content:

QL Version 2.2.18

BrightSign OS: 8.2.75

Black Frames and Frames dropped before and After transition (Worse playback):

QL Version 2.2.14

BrightSign OS: 8.3.46
