Logging In
Firstly, enter the Qompose server URL into your web browser to access the login page. Once here:
Enter your login username (this can be either an email or an actual login name, depending on how this was initially configured)
Enter your password
Note: login names and passwords are case sensitive, and passwords must be at least 8 characters long with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number
Select your desired user interface (UI) language (the default is English)
Click Sign In
To log in locally using Active Directory Authentication, choose Active Directory Authentication and then enter your username and password when prompted (5)
You can log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) by selecting ADFS Authentication instead (6)
If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login screen to reset it (7)
Once you're logged in, you're ready to get started with using Qompose. When you're finished, log out using the steps below.
Logging Out
Please follow the steps outlined below to log out of Qompose:
Click the User symbol in the upper-right corner of the screen to display the menu.
Click Log out to exit the application.
Alternatively, simply closing your browser window will also end your session.
Please Note
Whilst you can log out manually at any time, you'll automatically be logged off after 60 minutes of inactivity. As and when this happens, just log back in with the steps above to pick up where you left off.
