Using the Campaign Details page

Written by Giuseppe

In this article, we will outline how to filter and review your campaigns from the Campaign Details page, and what information is available once you drill into an individual campaign.

Filtering your campaigns

By default, the Campaign Details page displays all campaigns regardless of time frame.

  • Use the date range fields to filter campaigns by a specific start and end period

  • Use the Brand and Supplier filters to narrow the list further

  • Use the Status filter to view campaigns by their current status (Draft, Booked, Active, Paused, Cancelled, or Completed)

Reviewing an individual campaign

In the Actions column, you'll find a Details button appear when hovering over an Active Campaign. Clicking this will give you a live view of its performance.

  • Progression towards goal — a live percentage of completion

  • Duration and cost of the campaign

  • Target Players included in the campaign

  • Performance breakdown, including:

    • Total number of Views (if Audience data is configured)

    • Total number of Plays

    • Revenue projection compared to revenue actually earned

    • Average usage

    • A per-Player breakdown of Plays, Views, and revenue split by media

Please Note

This data refreshes hourly, in line with the same reconciliation cycle used to track campaign delivery.

Available actions

The actions available to you depend on the campaign's current status:

  • A Paused campaign can be edited, resumed, or cancelled

  • An Active campaign must be paused before it can be edited

For a full breakdown of campaign statuses and what's possible at each stage, see Understanding Campaign Statuses in the Advertising Module.

Summary

The Campaign Details page gives you a live, filterable view of every campaign on your network, along with a detailed performance breakdown for each one, refreshed hourly.
