METHOD- USING A FW FLASHING SOFTWARE
Cable Requirements and Hardware requirements:
(DO NOT USE A USB-HUB FOR THIS PROCESS The device must be directly plugged into the pc)
Windows Computer
USB-C power adapter which is provided in the Stix 3700 box
USB to Micro USB Data Cable
4. Paper clip (used to press the reset button on the stix)
Step 1: Download and Install the firmware flash tool
Install the USB Burning software onto your PC – Filename: setup_v2.1.7.0.exe
Firmware Image and USID Config File : aml_upgrade_package-usid-20240318 ,For the firmware image, and USID config file please contact Navori Support.
Step 2: Connect your Stix 3700 to your Windows computer
Note: These steps are very specific and required in the following order.
Plug the USB side of your data cable into your computer and insert the Micro USB end to your Stix 3700.
Plug the power adapter of the USB-C cable into a power supply and connect the USB-C end into the Stix 3700
Open USB burning tool run as an administrator.
4. Then hold and press the RESET button on the Stix hardware with a paper clip until your device is detected in the USB burning software as connect success.
4. After successfully connected window.
5. Go to the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Amlogic\USB_Burning_Tool\ create a folder name licence and put config file inside the licence folder.
6. Edit the config file and enter the stix 3700 hardware serial number like S370020231105 in usid section.
7. After that go to the file menu and import the firmware file.
8. After that go to the view menu and check the SN/USID box
9. Check the all box right side of the usb burning tool.
10. After that Click on start button.
11. Wait for the progress bar to show 100% Burning Successfully with Stix3700 Hardware Serial number. Click stop and remove the hardware.
12. After that connect Stix 3700 with the Monitor/display via HDMI cable and provide the power supply and internet to stix 3700.
*Plug 3700 into power as well as network with Wifi or LAN cable.
13.Login to Qlmanager edit any inactive player and select stix in the StiX assignment
14. also you need to set stix 3700 deploy area local time zone in the General window.
15. Restart the stix 3700 and you will get an activated sky window.
